Making Your Moving List
I like to make lists when performing large, time consuming tasks. I know that when my home gets very messy, I like to make a to do list so that my tasks are clearly laid out in front of me. Plus there having a list gives you the small accomplishment of crossing out completed jobs. If you are planning on moving, it might be a good idea to make a moving house check list. Even if you do not have a lot of possessions, moving is a long and tough job. Having a moving house check list will make it go a little more smoothly. There are many things to get done when you are moving, so having that moving house check list handy will help you stay focused and on task. I went to college away from home, and any person that shares that experience knows that moving that many times in a short amount of years is a lot of work. The first few times I moved it was very disorganized and frantic, but as I did it more and more, moving became much easier. I think after my second or third move I realized that having a moving house check list makes it a lot smoother. Many times it seems like my moving house check list had a lot of simple errands on it to accomplish. When you are moving, there is a lot to do besides just carrying stuff. Rooms need to be cleaned and items need to be packed up appropriately. Making a moving house check list helps to keep those jobs in order. A really well made moving house check list would even have your tasks laid out in the order that they need to be completed in, but that comes with a lot of moving experience.
